Experience

2020 - 2022

Game Designer at Dachu Interactive

Co-designed and developed an arcade Unity game with an alternative control system featuring a physical, interactive cat butt. Selected for exhibition at GDC 2025 Alt Ctrl Showcase and The Day of The Devs Showcase; the project was recognized by industry professionals and reposted by The Game Awards and IGN on their official social media.

2023 - 2024

Software Engineer at W.W Grainger

Developed monitoring dashboards with Datadog and Streamlit, automated on-call processes, and resolved 50+ AWS service tickets. Also created feature flags with LaunchDarkly and built an e-commerce site with A/B testing and production testing features.

2016 - 2018

Lead Designer for Gong De Bag

Lead designer of Gong De Bag, a plastic bag simulator where you play as a sentient bag trying to do good (or bad) deeds to influence your gong de—a karma-inspired system. I designed the core mechanics, built the level progression, and wrote the narrative to reflect themes of morality, consequence, and redemption—all from the perspective of a humble plastic bag.

2022 - 2022

Software Engineer Intern at W.W Grainger

Implemented accessibility with JAWS screen reader for the customer search page using C# in a .NET WPF application that generates 1/3 of company transactions.

2024 - 2026

University of Southern California

Currently a M.S student in Game Design and Development. Course work includes Interactive Design and Production, Unity Game Development, System Design, Character Development and Storytelling, Business and Management of Games.

2019 - 2023

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Graduated with degree in Computer Engineering and minor in Statistic. Course work includes Data Structures & Algorithms, Unreal Game Development, Database Systems, AI, Digital Systems, Signal Processing, Statistics.
